Americare provides equipment on either a sale or lease basis. Under the lease agreement, Americare provides most parts, as well as all service and labor on the equipment for the entire duration of the agreement.

With our sale agreements in some instances Americare provides a service contract which is renewable on a yearly basis. The renewal value is contingent upon machine utilization, wear and tear, etc. We also in some instances will provide billable service.

Regardless, of the procurement type, Americare is always readily willing and accomplished at providing detailed review of blueprints, site surveys, and layouts. We also recommend layouts which are most conducive to proper functioning of the room from both a service and production perspective.

Additionally, Americare on both a daily and emergency basis provides extensive troubleshooting should the occasion arise. These scenarios include situations where some utility change in a building may affect the operation of our equipment. Other instances concern figuring out that a compressor is down, or that an external booster fan is not operating properly, or fire damper in the exhaust duct is closed, etc.

During our equipment in-services we cover cleaning and preventative maintenance on the dryers, lint collectors, water filters, washers, compressor etc.
